Hotpoint WD640 wont turn on and display flicker

HI, i just picked up today this machine secondhand. it was told by the seller that i worked before they put it outside for two weeks under a tarp. i have got it home and its got the following issue;

When i plugged it in most of the red leds came on but were quite dim, the display was flickering and the buttons made no change to the display or operation.
over the following 20 mins with lots on plug in/out and head scratching the display now doesnt even flicker and now only 3 then now two red leds light up. i have took the top off to look for loose contacts, none found.
i have removed the PCB at the front to allow it to dry out a little.

the seller and also myself think its just got damp on it.

Can someone give any further advice on this problem please? is there anything else i can remove that may of been effected by the damp. this is the second secondhand machine i have bought thats now faulty. oops…

The boards on these are VERY susceptible to damp, Likely knackered unfortunately

It never a good ideal to put machines outside, people assume because its working with water it will be ok.

Well inside the tank may be but not the electronics.

Any test i can do whilst the PCB is out?

i dried the pcb out and now it works, thank you for replys
