Hi I have a hotpoint 72 which has just been repaired there was a sock in the outpump, now the washing machine is making really loud noises when on a spin. I opened the back and there were broken concrete blocks at the bottom of the machine. The machine is now also leaking when on a wash. Could someone help me please .

The only way to assess the damage would be by actually seeing it, unless you can post pictures for us then you really need to get someone to have a look at the machine. To be honest it does not sound very good but I would be very surprised if the concrete weights have broken up on a Hotpoint WD, I have never seen one.
