The machine is showing F13 fault. I have replaced the thermistor but still no joy. I suspect the small fan motor has failed. It has full voltage supply but no action. Can just the motor be replaced or the complete unit, and what are the part numbers if possible. Thanks

two different motors – full serial number required to confirm- if you’re sure it’s the fan motor – as ever, unplug appliance before you attempt any work :zap:
