No pump, no error codes, pump just fine. Meter says only 150 VAC to pump. Visual on module seems good. What could it possibly be?

Update: Customer rang me last night and said he has found a module board for one of these on eBay. (I suggested to him at the time of my visit earlier in the day that it may be the module and that modules can be costly).
Apparently the plan is that he’s going to buy this module and fit it himself. I wished him every success and judging by the information Jim has sent me since then, he’s gonna need it. 😐
