    Hi all,

I’ve got the same problem with my WD860 that a lot of people seem to have had (wash cycles failing on F-05 and occasionally F-04). I took the back off to follow the advice already given in a number of places online, but I’m not sure that what I saw tallies up with the advice I’ve seen offered. There was only one (silver) jubilee clip on the hoses coming off the drum, and it wasn’t readily accessible, the other clips were all plastic things that looked breakable. I wasn’t sure what pipe I was meant to be removing from where in order to get at the ping-pong ball (if you’ve had this problem you’ll know what I’m talking about, apparently!). I took a snapshot of what I could see and it’s here if anyone would like to take a look and offer some advice.

Which bit is it I need to undo in order to hopefully ungunk the ping-pong ball?

    Thanks in advance!

the plastic one at the top, where it fits to the drum is the one that needs to be taken off

yes they are breakable, but it needs to come of

if you break it, just nip b&q and get a jubilee clip to fit

Brilliant – thanks! That’s exactly what I needed to know! 😀
