Hotpoint WD860P F13 fault

Hi guys just been to see this washer/dryer and it is coming up with an F13 fault. F13 is stat fault on dryer me thinks, heater ok. Has anyone got a part number or seen this before. 💡

Dryer ntc. Probably one of the wires is broken. Pull gently and it’ll break. And welcome to the site.

I’ve seen a few of the NTC type go out of tolerence recenly & even a couple go o/c – F13 is defo a thermister fault & don’t forget to fit a new filter everytime (cleaning just won’t cut it !)

i just cut the filter out and snip the wire to the valve… works better than evver!

Thanks for the replys guys. I am not too familiar with this new model..Is the filter easy to get to? anyone got a part number for dryer ntc. Appliance at cm house so would rather go fully armed. Great site and invaluable info. 😆 😥
