hotpoint wdd960 f13

changed element on this as open circuit but customer said after half hour or so on drying flashed up f13. any ideas before i go back?

blocked flushing filter. or faulty dryer NTC.

thought i would use an old post,
i have got the same problem F13 changed the thermistor and checked the wiring thoroughly.
the dryer runs for 10 minutes then the fan motor and heater cut off
then F13 comes up.
spoke to tony at emw who said it wasnt a pcb fault,
any ideas welcome.

Whenever I do any repairs on the dryer side on these I always remove the small filter at the back and cut out the gauze mesh then refit to allow a decent airflow.

there was no mesh on this one its quite a new machine,
ran it with the door open and got a good flow of air through it
but fan motor keeps cutting out and still showing F13.
