Hotpoint wdd960a. Washer dryer

Hi all
My first query on here

Have above machine in for repair

Timer counting down as normal
But no drum rotation or anything
With washer or dryer
Door lock ok and locked

Any help appreciated

I’m sure you must have first checked the motor and all the usual tests anway, haven’t you? 😉

Pray tell how you checked the brushes on a 3 phase motor?

Ahhh never done this model before. Thought it didnt liok right This looks like a botched modification.. has the old style motor fitted .. Will have a word with customer ..!!
