Hotpoint WDL520

Been to this machine today, customer said wont tumble dry and all the lights come on and she cant reset it.
I tried the dryer on a few different settings and it worked fine every time.
I left the customer to try it again and let me know.
She phoned back this afternoon saying if she does a wash and wants it to go straight on to a dry cycle it wont do it, all the display lights flash and the only way she can get it to reset is pull the plug.
Anyone come across this before?

If all of the lights are flashing rthen its worth having a look at THIS capacitor

if its one of the arcadia beasts with the ntc at the front of the heater duct, it will be the ntc, its more than common

What do you mean by an arcadia type? It has the spiral type of heater element.
