Hotpoint WDL520 — goes on and on and on

I’ve checked through the pages but this fault wasn’t there!!

Cx complaint was ‘its filling then emptying all the time’

From my experience this is an error with the Linear pressure switch, so I changed it (without seeing the fault for myself) AND then tested it on wash, it filled, stopped and washed…… then on spin, it pumped and started to spin…… then on dry, it filled slightly, tumbled, emptying and started to dry…… pushed it back into place, tried it on wash again and it filled, stopped and washed fine.

A few hours later cx said its been stuck doing rinses/spin/rinses/spin/rinses spin for the last hour….. so I’m not sure whats going on = any ideas please?

Sounds like a pcb fault to me,only other thing to check is heater and stat/ntc on dryer

The drain hose goes straight onto the sink u-bend, so thats fine

AND the dryer part works and heats up so I discounted any of that to be a fault actually, so if the Linear pressure switch didn’t solve it then the board must be the only other fault I’m guessing?? shame!
