Hi Jim: Cheers for the reply mate, apparently this machine has been looked at by someone else for a no heat fault but now it’s Intermittently going Dead with some lights flashing but she can’t remeber which.
Second 1 of these i’ve had in the last week after the same bloke, last 1 was no dryer heat so he replaced the wash element as it apparently does both. Go figure. Luckily all that 1 took was a replacement Dry element & Re seat a couple of connectors properly.
Anyway just thought that if possible i’d go to this 1 ready armed just in case.

Went to look at this 1 today after Mr Wayne 😀 The reason for it being dead (No motor action) was that the motor plug was mysteriously hanging out, The original fault (No dry heat) had’nt been sorted, he’d just disconnected the wiring & left the bare terminals in mid air. 1 of these had touched Earth which was what cause it to trip out.
Replaced drying element, Re-fit Motor plug & everythings hunky dory now.Noticed on this 1 as well that there’s no sealant on the Heater Duct where the 2 halves join together.
