Hotpoint WDL5290 fault code lights confusion

Hi, Im confused with translating the function lights on the RHS in to the fault code.
I understand that they should be read bottom to top but should the red door lock light be included in the count?
The 6 lights starting from the bottom are
door lock light red
End light yellow
Dryer light yellow
Spin light yellow
Rinse light yellow
Wash light yellow
which is number 1 door lock or end light?
On the machine we have in for repair the dryer light and spin light are solid the rest are off so is that F12

Surely THIS post makes it quite clear.

THE BOTTOM FIVE LIGHTS, INCLUDING THE DOOR LOCK LIGHT ARE USED FOR ERROR CODES.

Thanks for the reply, i have read a number of posts on this forum and some techs say to ignore the door lock light and some say to count it. Anyway I will as you say count the door lock light as number 1
