Hotpoint WDL540 Washer Dryer Not drying properly

This machine works fine except customer complains clothes are not drying properly on drying cycle.Clothes coming out hot but still damp.
Have changed 3WAY Water Valve.
Can’t see an external Condenser on the Drum,is the Condenser built into the drum on these machines.
Anyone Help please.

Depends if it is a sealed or screwed drum, integral on the screwed drum, separate condenser on welded drum. Need full model number and commercial code to be sure.
