    Hotpoint washer dryer not draining.

    Getting 0V to drain pump.

    I sent the module to EMW who said they have tested it and its ok and that the pump only operates when there is water in the drum.

    I have tested the machine with water, the pressure switch opperates when filling yet the drain pump gets 0V and does not come on.

    Any ideas or am I going to have to pass this one to Hotpoint?

    Have you checked Dryer & Heater NTC for insulation faults or Poss open circuit as this can cause no pump fault

    Is the door locking ok ? Brushes good ? If there is an issue with motor/motor wiring it will prevent pump kickig in.
