    Hello,
i have a hotpoint wdm73a washer dryer that i have just replaced the door gasket on but it has now developed a small leak (dribble) between the door bowel and the rubber seal when the door is shut. It doesnt do it all the time but its a bit annoying, is there anyway to adjust the door for a better fit or am i gonna have to put up with it.

    Cheers

    Phil

    Re: Hotpoint wdm73a door leak

First thing to do is check that the door is OK and not damaged and the hinge is not loose or bent.

Then ensure that there is not limescale build up on the door glass as this will cause a leak.

Was it a genuine door seal or a patten one, what was the part number of the one fitted, we can then check you have fitted the correct part.

There is not really any adjustment you can make to the door, if you have clean glass, a genuine doorseal and no bent or damaged door parts then it won’t leak.

    Hope this helps
