Hotpoint WDPG9640 clothes coming out of dryer hot and wet

Is this usually a valve fault or does this machine have a condenser unit at the back that will be blocked.

Its an absolute sod to get out from its housing so don’t want to do it twice if I can help it!

The fan motor and pump run ok, and I can here the valve buzzing but its hard to make out if water is going in.

could be either, it does have the usual condenser down the side of the drum at the back though.
