    The display functions perfectly, all programmes can be selected but when you press start the door locks then nothing, no error codes, zilch. 😥

    Any suggestions?

    Yes Rob, until I actually saw the machine I was thinking brushes but checked the ( 3 phase ) motor & heater before I removed the PCB.

    As a matter of interest do the 3 phase motors give the same symptoms as the brush gear motors if they are goosed? I think it is a seven tag motor BTW.


    She did say that she washed a large rug or something and she thinks it flashed up F4 ( pressure switch ) but couldn’t be sure. Pressure switch appeared to be OK and sump was clear.

    The fill valve would be unlikely to stop it spinning or draining. 😉
