    Hi , went to this today, it cuts out when the wash/rinse lights come on. element tests ok, any clues? also customer claims that water comes out of door sometimes, but door seal seems ok

    possibly blocked sump filter/pump, water coming out of dispenser and runs around door when it trys to spin?

    Check the sump hose eco-ball. If they stick the machine can think it is empty and go onto a spin full of water, pushing water out of thye door seal and soap drawer. Great design having the air chamber off the sump hose below the ball. 😕
