Machine just over 12 months old, elderly lady who says she has only used it 5 or 6 times as she does not like it and finds it confusing. 🙂
On/Off light flashing, water in drum, ( no blockage, pump OK) When switched on at first all lights except door lock illuminate, press Start and all lights go out, On/Off light flashes , door is not locked. Tried new door lock as a quick test to no avail. The error codes on this machine are generated by the left hand bank of vertical lights, none are showing, this is supposed to suggest that the motor is O/C. ‘If no error codes are displayed, motor is O/C and machine will not work at all’
The machine does look as though it has just been unpacked, motor and all wiring check out as perfect. Suspect module ❓

Had a chat with a Hotpoint agent last week. He had a “faulty on delivery” rate of aout 1{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} pre Merloni elctronics, now up around 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} . Starting to sell Bosch…….. 😉
