Hotpoint WF000 keeps cutting out??

Not actually been out to this one yet.

Customer complains that machine keeps stopping mid cycle, no error lights, nothing, just goes dead. If he switches it off then back on it starts up again but apparently keeps cutting out. 😕

Not come across that one before, any possible suggestions apart from loose mains plug etc?

mains supressor, display module main culprits for that
id check the console pcb is fitted properly, and the weights are tight. all that damn shakin will make the on/off nutton operate prematurely

definately check sockets had one on friday cuts out all the time on a brand new machine.

Was given slightly bum info from man of the house.

His missus tells me that the lights stay on but machine just stops. Insists there was no flashing lights but I have my suspicions. 😉

There were three colour catchers partially blocking the sump. 🙂
