This machine is 3 years old bought as ‘recon’ 9 months ago. 😯

The user/console board has blown. before it blew the machine went beserk and jumped around.

What are the chances of it just being the board. All wiring and insulation sound.

Also electrue trade price of board is £61.00 is this going price.

Could be motor has taken out the board. PCB needs eeprom change as well.

My concern was what faulted the user board. i know motors can damge the main control board but how did this user board blow? (This board is low voltage)

(It dosen’t look like water ingress.)

DOH, I missed the console board refererence, sorry. Not seen a facia module blow on one of these yet. I tend to steer well clear of ‘recon’ machines. 😥

Me too, customer only told me when i advised him to go back to hotpoint.
