    Just after the start of a wash cycle both the on/off light and the Rinse Hold Light flash and the machine seeems to be trying to fill with water. The only way to restart is to switch off the power and have another go. What do the lights mean, I assume this will tell me what to fix.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Can you give us the left hand flashing light by number from top down.

    the motor tacho is faulty.. check the wires to the motor plug/pcb

    ive had a few of these where the wires have broken in the motor plug, the wires are just to tight
