    going on call to this machine on monday.customer says it is nogo but prewash light just keeps flashing.any information on what to look for before i go would be great.

    Prewash light flashing on a Hotpoint machine is normally a fill time out.

    Its simply and open circuit inlet valve.

    Syphoning will give the same fault.
