    Hi folks

Been to this today cust complaining of not rinsing propley – checked m/c for draining ect and all seems ok but water levels look quite low

I know lot of m/c’s these days have low fill levels but just wondered if this m/c was underfilling so can anybody tell me what water level I would expect to get please?

The water level I am getting is about 2″ in drum on normal wash and rinse programs. Slightly higher on wool wash about 1″ below lip of drum.

Suspect problem is with overloading/oversoaping but just wanted to eliminate fill level as a problem.

    Thanks

    Mick

Those levels seem about right if you are testing without clothes in the drum.

Thanks Jim – I thought they might be but just wanted to be sure.

I know I havn’t been impressed with water lvls just lately but thought there might have been a possibility they were a bit low.

Noticed on this m/c the pressure system bottle is built into the tub – hope they have checked its reliabilty in not getting blocked up :rolls:

    Thanks for the reply

Already heard of one getting blocked, not possible to get it really cleaned out either. :rolls:
