    CUST HAS JUST INFORMED ME THE MACHINE STARTED TO WASH AND AFTER A MINUTE THE ON/OFF – REDUCED CREASES-RINSE HOLD AND MINI LOAD LIGHTS ARE FLASHING CAN U PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS FAULT CODE MEANS THANKS.

    Sorry, I don’t know the layout of the controls but you’ll find the codes on page 3 of known error codes.

    It means your CAPS LOCK IS STUCK😉 it is also the dreaded 8 flash problem, could be relay on PCB, bad connections to module or NTC, faulty pressure switch, etc,etc.
