Hotpoint WF340 strange error

I was at one of these a few days ago.

There are the 5 option lights running vertically on the left, the top 4 are flashing.
The 5 option lights along the top the 5th is flashing.

Power button isn’t flashing, but the owner can’t remember if it was lighting up before.

It seems to be a F14 dryer element error which is rather strange as it isn’t a dryer.

Any help as always is greatly appreciated.
