    I have had a customer ring me this morning her machine starts program then all the lights go out with no fault codes showing I assume it is aborting program this happens as soon as machine is switched on she sets a program starts machine the door locked light comes on machine takes water for a second then all lights go out.
    I have not seen this model before so any suggestions would be usefull.

    I’ve had this…… the small wiring loom to the facia PCB was loose on the edge connections. Pull off the plug. clean the edge connections, pinch the plug gently with pliers to tighten it, and refit. 8)
