customer complaining of wash cycle never ending? this is a digital model that has wash, rinse lights above and it doesent advance onto rinse, and after it had been manualy spun the cloths are reported to be warm.

iv not tested the heater as my dvm just because its monday has decided to play up, funny enough almost similar machine had customer book in a job for tomorrow reporting what does sound like very similar fault, as the machine will drain.

its filling, washing and spinning ok?

Have you not got a “megger” with an ohms scale, Simon? 😕

If customer complains of cycle not finishing and clothes coming out warm after manually spinning, it would suggest that heater is possibly working but maybe not filling for rinses. Not sure whether this machine has hot & cold fill or just cold, but it will certainly have atleast 2 solenoids, maybe worth checking both of them are working.
