Hotpoint WF541

I’ve went out to this HPT WF541 the other day, customer said there is a problem with the filter. Got there to find the floor swimming with water and the filter still dripping.I put it onto drain, lights up but no pump action.
Turns out the pump was melted, and the mod had blown tracks.I ordered a mod from EMW, which when fitted, along with a new pump,reported an F03 error. I can’t find any faults with the thermister,heater,or wiring.
To complicate matters I’ve been to an IND WIE157SUK today also with an F03 fault again I can’t find any ntc fault.

What am I overlooking 😳

PS both machines are fitted with a MK4 computer board.

Had simlar fault last week fitted pump and board came up with f02 found broken wiring to motor plug

Thanks for your reply Hotdog.

Mine was an F03 fault and all the heater/thermister wiring rang through ok
