My washing machine has stopped and has 3 flashing lights – mini load, wash enhance and on/off button and is full of water. There’s also a smell but not exactly a burning as such. I turned it off for safety and went back to double check the flashing lights and they are no longer flashing. I’ve tried to set it to “pump out” but it does nothing.

    Any ideas? ❓

Can you give us the flashing option lights by number from the top please.

    try unblocking the pump

    remove plug
    remove bottom plinth, undo filter

id tilt machine back, so all the water doesnt flood out

have plenty of towels handy, or try and bale it all out first

Not able to do this – cleaned the filter last week and I had problems getting it off so my ex husband ended up doing it for me. Unfortunately he’s not around this weekend.

1+3 is pressure switch not sensing, helo_75 is spot on as usual. 8)

The filter is the first thing you should be checking,…..no sorry, its the second thing, the first thing is the pockets etc before you load the machine. 😉
