Hotpoint WF541 Aborting progs.

This bundle of joy is around 2yrs old,fills for 15 secs or so & then aborts & drains. lights 2,3 & 5 are flashing which i understand should be fill prob, but i think this is bollox 😯
Machine wont switch off once it faults unless you pull plug, think this means board wonky?? Any alternative views most welcome, thanks,

Anyone?? f11 fault so it would seem, but board more likely?? I aint doin it if it is, these things are not worth spendin £100 on :eeek:

Your descriprtion of lights doesn’t fit with UKW codes book AFAI can see. f11 is drain pump isn’t it? But you said it drains. So I think I’d try in a p/sw.

Cheers for reply Mike, press sw was something i tried when i attended call, same result, its the fact it wont switch off on facia, plug needs pulled, that makes me suspect board.
Prob just tell her to scrap it then, even with exchange board i have come to conclusion these things aint worth the hassle. 🙁

that is the conclusion I am coming to with these boards, getting alot of recalls or the same faults reoccuring that I have started telling customers to contact the manufacturer.
