Hotpoint WF541 Board Fault

Hello,

I hope you can help me out on this one please?

I have a customer with the common board failure on this machine. All Lights flickering.

Ordered a new one (Programmed) from CDSL, came wrong (additional connector).

Fitted it anyway but the start lamp just flashes and the machine will not operate. Re-Ordered from CDSL and same wrong board arrived.

Ordered again by PNE and this time they have sent the “Console”

Ordred a this time an non programmed with card (I can loan the card reader) they have sent the same “Console” again.

I have been on Hotpoint’s website and they do not list any of the main boards.

I have seen repaired and second hand boards on eBay but the customer does not want new or not keen on me repairing the board.

Can anyone help with the correct Module/Board/PCB please?

Good grief, did you not try THIS first. I have an 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} success rate changing the faulty capacitor. Just make sure you get the polarity of the new capacitor correct.

Model, Pn of the board you want and Pn of the board they sent would be a start.

The extra connector does not mean its the wrong board. The replacements often have extra connections.

So Any ideas why the start light keeps flashing?

I can’t until I know what board it is, are you sure its sent programmed.
