hotpoint wf541g – drum replace advice

3 things 🙂

1/ am i right in thinking wf541g/40029/710220069 is a sealed tub

2/ approx how long is swapping a tub assembly over on one of these
(could 2 people manage it in an hour ?)

3/ am i correct in thinking hotpoint now will only do it for £107 callout +
£58 labour for 2nd hour

Yep sealed tub.

Nice straight forward repair. The 3 i’ve done took about the hour with testing. Only one man required.

I don’t know about hotpoints charges.

I charged £158 all in.

p.s. there are probably some engineers on here that can do the job in 15 minutes. :rolls:

ok worht a go then as i kinda know the customer, and he wants us to have a shot at it. hes after a better deal if he assists me so to get it done quicker, and im imagining that 2 extra pairs of hands will prolly come in handy too.
