Hi, have an elderly lady who is having problems with door on this, the door glass seems to stick to the seal. anyone come across this ?

No, not had this problem. Has she tried leaving the door open in-between uses. It may be because she dosen’t use the machine often enough????????????

She may be handwashing using Stergene or some other yucky substance?

Do ask her exactly what she uses may give you a clue here? 😉

Hi get this problem quite often even on new w/m

I lubricate the front piece of the door seal that comes into contact with the door seal with Vaseline or a silicone lubricant and hey preseto all fixed customer can repeat when ever it becomes difficult 2 open again . Also works on fridge door seals as well.
