    Machine stuck in test mode.

    This machine has a history of putting itself into test mode. up until now the customer has been able to deactivate the machine.

    Assuming the sm switches on the user board are ok is this new control board time? or can you change the eeprom to cure fault?

    nope, its almost always the customer hitting the 2 buttons together, or the buttins may have unclipped from the back
