    Hi today replaced bearing refitted motor & heater leads found 1 black lead spare cant remember were it went or might be the 2 leads that went on heater one is wrong but i still got one lead spare been doing this job 20 years and make daft mistage like not looking at leads when pulling them off ❓ 💡

    isn’t the motor earth wire black on these?

    that is what i was thinking as couldnt find spare earth lead the black lead went up to the mains surpresior near N

    Martin is correct, its the earth lead to the motor frame.
