I have a call 2 weeks ago to the above machine because it was displaying TEST.
It took a bit of messing about to get it out of test mode because the display reverted to ‘0’ and a program could be set but when start was pressed it returned into test mode.
Once I managed to get it to work without reverting to TEST mode it has been OK for a couple of weeks but I have just had a call that the machine is displaying TEST again.
Is there anything known that would cause this or is the customer pressing a sequence of buttons to get it into test?
