hotpoint wf860 stuck

hi guys me again
hotpoint wf860 goes through the whole prog until last min showing on display then it just keeps on going
if you quit and put it on spin its ok (any ideas)

Heater down to earth or open circuit can cause this fault.

The eeprom needs re-programing.

It could be heater fault or pump fault or motor playing up.On these machines if you get a fill/drain/heat time out the prog will continue to the end but you will get 1 minute showing on the display and as you say it wont spin or end the programme.
