Hotpoint wine cooler we26

Have one of these with a very noisy fan.
It’s one that’s mounted on the rear of the outside of the cabinet blowing air across the top.
I’m assuming it’s for cooling the electrics but its called an outdoor fan, I’ve never heard of that! And on the Qualtex website it says there’s a wire cooling fan and an outdoor fan….
Either way,I took it apart and cleaned it out and lubed it and it ran fine.
Customer has said that it’s now stopped running and he’s not sure how long it’s been like that but everything else seems to be working fine and he doesn’t want to spend the €100+ to change the fan which I recommended he should do.
Is this the wire cooling fan does anyone know – ‘hptc00140850 outdoor fan’.
The reason I think this is the fan is on one website it showed a pic of it and it looked like my one.
I’d like to be sure so I can give an exact price and push him into changing it if needed.

Not sure about ‘wire fan’ they are listed as inner fan and outdoor fan on Partfinder. Outdoor fan is a C00140850, list £68.00 inc vat.

I assume then that that’s the fan that cools the electrics.
How much heat would there be there? It doesn’t seem too warm. It’ll take me a few days to get a fan so should I get him to turn it off in the meantime?
