hotpoint wm series door wiring

due to go to a customer who has taken the 3 wires off to the lock without making a note of which way round they were, can someone remind me before i go round? many thanks

from memory you can work it out

three wires

find the live wire buzz through form plug live put on L

find neutral buzz through form plug think it a thinner wire put on N

remaining wire goes on C

make sure main switch is on and prog knob set to a programme

this will work on all wm series except the push button tyes when the door lock is controlled through a triac

red live l
black nuetral n
red common c

Think you will find that it is BROWN to L, RED to C and BLACK to N. 😉
