Hotpoint WM22 – pecker arm

Hi folks

After a pecker arm for the above but found out it is no longer available – it’s the inboard type that rests on the motor shaft and not on the belt.. (part no 1601775)

Anyone done a mod on these (fit the old type as the old type are still readily availible??? as this seems one possibility)

Any suggestions apreciated – can tie the pecker arm up so door can still be opened but obviously not a solution as door can be opened on spin and a great danger..

Seems stupid to right of m/c just for this as m/c in good working order..

If you do fit the other type you will also need a different cable. Have you checked for pattern ones? I see Connect still list 1601699.

yes i have got one, but i would not tie up the old one for now, its a bit dangerous.
