    Hiyas,
Didn’t have a lot of spare time today so couldn’t get a good look at the fault on this machine.
The bottom weight had “fallen” off. Refitted the weight but found the machine to be dead. Bypassed the door interlock and it worked. No probs, thought I, fitted a new interlock and it was still dead. Looks like i’ve lost the neutral to the door interlock.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine? It’ll save loads of time having the diagram rather than tracing wiring.

    Thanks in advance

    Brian 😆

Just making the evening meal, seafood tagliatelle.

Will see what I can find later for you. 😉

Just had a quick look at the diagram, the door lock neutral goes onto the very first contact on the top edge of the board. This is the one that is very commonly blown by doorlock/motor faults etc. You will almost certainly find the track burnt off. I normally solder a small link to the nearest part of the PCB track that is still left or the first component on the track, then butt connect it to the wire from the connecting block. Would suggest you change the door lock and check the motor and any other possible causes such as heater wiring etc that may have blown this track.

    Cheers for that M8.
I thought it went direct to the pcb. Probably blown cause of the holes in the door gasket 😛

    Thanks

Yep, that is a common cause.
