Hotpoint wm52

I have an oldish hotpoint wm52 (second hand to me) & its stopped draining after a wash.
It will drain a bit of a dribble out but not all of the water,which then causes it to stop spinning.
I took the back off & took the grey pipe going to the pump to check for blockages & then the drain pipe from the pump,all clear.
I have scooped the left over water out & the machine will spin as normal.

Can anyone help or advise me please..?

Is the drain pump actually running, have you removed the black rubber ‘T’ shaped hose from the drum to check the cointrap/filter?

Hi,yeah the pump is running as far as i can tell,i will have to take that ‘T’ hose off,not checked that yet.

Hi,back again
Ok all fixed now by the look of it,after removing the cointrap/filter i removed a 5p,10p,20p,a button & some blue fabric stuff.
Drains fine now
