    has fault showing check drainage..removed filter was blocked… I ran on rinse spin before leaving..ok..she put wash on then rang to say same fault showing ..can anyone offer any advice please..John

    If it is not blocked again and pump and drain outlet is OK then this fault is often caused by the inner drum slicing into the heater, possible drum support or bearing failure.

    Check the heater for earth fault.
