Hi
Last summer, gave up on this my WMA 36 (out of warranty) and got a new one. Bad grinding sounds on tumbling and particularl on spinning. Planned to repair and sell it. Was pretty peeved, though, as it was otherwise in great condition and not at all old. I learnt that bearings might be the problem as it was a common fault.
Got a bearings pack but gave up before I started – looked too daunting for an amateur!
Machine was bought around 99/00 – but can’t find original receipt.
I’d like to repair and sell it – but can’t be sure if this will be cost effective if i need to pay a qualified repair person.
Any advice? Fix it or bin it? Or perhaps there is a firm that would take it off my hands?
Thanks
Ed 🙁
