    Hi
Come Across this one this morning renewed the door lock but after running the machine for 5Mt’s the Wm stops the door lock light is flashing the door is still locked.

The timer selector if i lift or push the The Power connection block the machine starts again.

Q If I desolder The Timer selector Part And Replace With another second hand One of an other hpt board

Is The Program Configuration going to be the same OR do i have to replace the whole board.

    WMA64 ???? Timer/Selector ?????

The WMA64 is an Ultima machine, all push button controls, it does not have a rotary selector. 😕

Never actually tried to do this type of repair.

I have just checked four or five boards and I guess that as long as the one you use has the same TYPE number you should be OK.

    WMA54 is Type 525102.

to difficult And Time Consuming To desolder The selector Control

instead removed the white cover on the rear and its only 6 contact live & neutral in And the other 4 are just contacts
which turn with the roto diel depending on the program your using they have individual settings.

Basically its like a set of points on a car a good clean and make sure they are all touching with a good contact.

    Its a fix 😀
