    anyone seen this prob?..
    ive not really seen this with WMA,S ..
    the drum is perfect and theres no foreign objects to be found
    there is a bit of a gap between door seal and drum, anyone know if hotpoint supply a modified d/seal to sort this..

    the marks on the clothes defo look as though they have been trapped between door seal gap and front of drum..

    no modified door seal, just change the door seal

    somethings probably been caught originally, causing the gap

    should cure the problem

    Tell them not to stuff to much in it.

    The door seal can come away from drum if they use bleach, boil everything or have family members with skin conditions that require the use of certain creams that do attack the door seal and cause it to swell and drop away from the inner drum.
