Hotpoint WMA30 prewash flashes at end

What does pre-wash led flashing signify? Is it out of balance? Or not pumped out or no motor action? This fault has come up on a customers machine several times at end & clothes come out soggy but seems to have pumped out, i suspect out of balance load but would like this confirmed.

No, Final Spin led flashes for OOB conditions. Have you tried the ‘Last Error detected’ routine , you can find it in the ‘Known Error Codes ‘thread.

Prewash light flashing indicates a fill time out, poor fill or possible draining on fill due to low outlet hose or syphoning.
