    Went to this appliance today to clear debris from the drainage spout as customer complained about water left in the drum.

    Did a function test before leaving and all was good….
    An hour later after putting on a wash it filled then turned a few times then stopped. The lock light went out and the prewash light started to flash, nothing else happened.

    I don’t have any code info on this model, any help would be great. Thanks
