    hi,

    my washing machine will spin but isnt emptying (about 4 years old), is this a filter problem? if so where *is* the filter!?!

    Your machine does not have a user accessible drain filter, however it does have a ‘sump trap’ attached to the base of the drum and most likely that is blocked 🙁

    oh dear, that sounds likely – how can i unblock it? or do i have to get a person out to fix it 🙁 (financial nightmare!)
